Steve Brown

Steve Brown serves as the Independent Member of the Board of Directors. Steve is an Entrepreneur in Residence at MDV, pursuing opportunities to apply Internet technologies and services to empower consumers and encourage healthier lifestyles. He has eighteen years of experience developing and leading innovative businesses in healthcare and technology, with specific expertise in networked systems and media designed to measure and modify behavior. Prior to MDV, Steve was the CEO of Health Hero Network where he led the development and commercialization of the Health Buddy® system. Previously, he conducted NIH-funded research in behavior modification media and led a business that developed multi-player role-playing video games designed to improve health behavior in children.
Bill Dana
Chief Executive Officer, Dana Magid Development
Bill Dana serves as the YPO Designee to the Board of Directors. Bill is the Chief Executive Officer of Dana Magid Development, where he is a key contributor in attracting and planning strategic real estate services and is widely consulted for his insights into local and regional business market trends. Bill has previously served as president of PSI Group, vice president of brokerage at MEGA Corp. and senior vice president at Essex Corp. He serves on the boards of the Boy Scouts and Peace Presbyterian Church and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization. Bill also is an investor with Agile Sports.
Adam Gouttierre
Product Manager, Microsoft
Adam Gouttierre serves as the Raikes/Higgins Designee to the Board of Directors. Adam is a Product Manager for Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions on the Windows Live team. Prior to joining Microsoft, Adam earned his master’s degree in business administration from the University of California-Berkeley and a bachelor’s degree in finance and global studies from Rockhurst College. Adam previously served as the Director of Strategic Planning for technology startup Nanonation in Lincoln, Neb.
David Graff [Chairman]
Chief Executive Officer, Agile Sports Technologies
David Graff serves as the CEO Representative on the Board of Directors, and also as its Chairman. David is the Chief Executive Officer of Agile Sports, guiding the overall business strategy for the company, managing investor, community and Board relations, overseeing all legal matters, and managing client relations from the initial contact through the sale. David holds both a master’s degree in business administration as well as a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, as a member of the J.D. Edwards Honors Program. David has previously held positions with the University of Nebraska Athletic Department and HDR, Inc. in Omaha, Neb.
Brian Kaiser
Chief Technology Officer, Agile Sports Technologies
Brian Kaiser serves as the Founder Representative on the Board of Directors. Brian serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Agile Sports, managing all product development, leading research and development, and directing internal IT. Brian received his bachelor's degree in computer engineering and is currently pursuing his master's degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln through the J.D. Edwards Honors Program. Previously, Brian has worked at Microsoft in Seattle, Wash., and Garmin in Olathe, Kan.
