Jim McClurg
President, Technical Development Resources Company
Jim McClurg currently serves as the President of Technical Development Resouces Company, a consulting and investment firm in Lincoln, Neb. Additionally, Jim is a member of the University of Nebraska Board of Regents, and also serves on the board of directors for Health Hero Network Inc., Lincoln Direct Life Insurance Company, the Beijing Verity Joint Venture, the Beijing Harris Joint Venture, and Streck Laboratories, Inc. Jim recently retired from his position as the Senior Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer of MDS Pharma Services, a position he had held since 2000. Prior to assuming his position with MDS Pharma Services, Jim served as the president and chief executive officer of life sciences at Harris Laboratories, a position he held since 1984. Through his seat on the Board of Advisors, Jim provides Agile Sports with a great amount of experience in sales contracts and negotiations as well as general business advice.
Jeff Raikes
CEO, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
Jeff Raikes, Chief Executive Officer of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, leads the foundation's efforts to promote equity for all people around the world. He sets strategic priorities, monitors results, and facilitates relationships with key partners for all three of our program groups. Before joining the foundation, Raikes was a member of Microsoft's senior leadership team, which sets overall strategy and direction for the company. Raikes was president of the Microsoft Business Division and oversaw the Information Worker, Server & Tools Business and Microsoft Business Solutions groups. Through his seat on the Board of Advisors, Jeff presents Agile Sports with an extensive background in technology development, deployment, sales, and support at a global level. Jeff also is an investor with Agile Sports.
Duane Thomas
President, Valentino's of America
Duane Thomas serves as the President of Valentino's of America, the franchisor of more than 50 Valentino's pizza parlors and take-out shops in six Midwestern states. Duane has spent 22 years as an executive officer and board member of a U. S. corporate holding company, and has formerly served as the chairman of the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce. Through his seat on the Board of Advisors, Duane leverages his experience as a former CFO and CPA, to provide Agile Sports with a strong accounting and financial background and his knack for in-depth financial analyses.
